Now taking deposits for Chicago 2019!
We are now taking deposits for our 2019 trip. You must put down $100 for each seat you’d like to reserve. Final payment is due July 1, 2019. Make your deposit below and then e-mail email@example.com and let her know the NUMBER of women in your group AND NAMES of each woman. That way we can hold the correct number of spots for your group!
Date: Nov. 8-10, 2019 (Fri-Sun). We leave Friday at 8am from TC and get back Sunday at 5pm in TC.
Hotel: Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile. This is the same hotel we had this year. This is one block from the Magnificent Mile and walking distance to so many shops and restaurants.
Show: To be announced but we will find an amazing show for Friday night and cart 200-some women to and from it on 4 motor coaches and through one of the greatest cities in the world. Can you really beat that?
Cost: Includes 2 nights lodging in downtown Chicago, motor coach transportation to/from Chicago and to/from a show on Friday night, 1 show ticket, drinks, prizes, games and more.
Quad: $425 each
Triple: $475 each
Double: $525 each
Pickup locations: We do drop-off and pick-ups in Traverse City, Cadillac and Grand Rapids, MI.
HOLD YOUR SEAT: Email firstname.lastname@example.org and let her know the NUMBER of women in your group AND NAMES of each woman.
PAYMENT: Make your $100 deposit below. A $100 deposit will guarantee your seat. You must put down $100 for EACH seat you would like to reserve. This is a non-refundable deposit but we always do our best to resell your seat so you can get a PARTIAL refund if you should have to cancel (nooooo!). Tickets are transferrable. PLEASE NOTE: List your roommates in the COMMENT section. Do not select more than 1 “space” unless you are paying for other women in your group. The “spaces” in the form below indicates how many deposits you are making at this time. Ask your roommates to do their own deposit if you aren’t loaded with greenbacks.
